James Sunderland
With more than three decades of experience in global television, James Sunderland has spent 22 of those years as an Executive Producer and Showrunner in both the UK and the USA.
A visionary leader and storyteller, he has led the creative and operational engines of some of the world's most iconic entertainment brands.
His expertise spans a wide range of genres, including Variety, Music, Comedy, Game, and Children's formats.
His credits include genre-defining hits like America's Got Talent, Dancing on Ice, and Lip Sync Battle.
Known for scaling ambitious concepts into successful multi-market productions, James has also contributed to beloved franchises like Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway and innovative series like Drag Me to Dinner and The Kids Tonight Show.
Whether launching new IP or revitalizing heritage brands, James's career is defined by a commitment to high production values and a keen instinct for what resonates with a broad audience across major networks and platforms. He continues to develop premium formats across television, vertical, branded, and live — with a particular love for ideas that scale across markets.

Chris Stott (Stotty)
For more than three decades, Chris “Stotty” Stott has established himself as one of the entertainment industry's leading directors, creative directors, and producers, working across some of the world's biggest television franchises, live events, and streaming productions.
Originally from the UK, Stotty was recruited to Los Angeles by Simon Cowell to help launch and shape America's Got Talent into one of NBC's flagship entertainment brands. His success on the series led to his joining Universal Television Alternative Studio.
As Creative Director and in-house Director for NBC Universal/UTAS, Stotty helped create and direct hit series including World of Dance, The Titan Games, Making It, and Best Time Ever with Neil Patrick Harris.
In 2020, Stotty went fully independent as a director and creative director, going on to lead productions for Netflix, ABC, FOX, NBC, Formula One, and Snapchat.
His credits include Lego Masters, Aston Martin F1 Team 2026 Season Launch, Snappy Awards, Second Chance Stage, American Idol, Building The Band, Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge, So You Think You Can Dance, Drag Me to Dinner, and F175: Live from the O2.
Known for combining cinematic storytelling with high-pressure live production, Stotty has worked with some of the biggest names in entertainment, including Dwayne Johnson, Jennifer Lopez, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Snoop Dogg, and MrBeast.
Stotty continues to direct major productions worldwide — across television, vertical, branded campaigns, and live entertainment.
